    1. lets suppose if you have 100 clients which are in communication few years back or couple of months back. we normally stop follow up because we engaged with new clients , new communication. You should use google keep, hubspot or anyother tools where you will add all clients details and put the reminders for your that you have to follow up with them. you can make lists for follow up keep in touch with your clients always send emails, greetings, always talk about their projects etc.
